Copenhagen-based fintech FarPay, known for its invoicing automation, was acquired by Dutch peer POM, supported by Vortex Capital Partners. FarPay will operate independently within POM Group, gaining access to capital and market reach to accelerate product development and expand beyond the Nordics.
