Valmet Automotive transfers from Tesi to direct state ownership

Valmet Automotive Oyj is transferring from Tesi to direct state ownership as part of a broader corporate and financial arrangement. Simultaneously, Valmet Automotive's subsidiary Ioncor Oy, which focuses on battery business, will become a subsidiary of Finnish Minerals Group Oy, which is wholly owned by the state and develops the battery value chain.
